I have to admit that I haven't been the world's best blogger lately, but sometimes it feels impossible to sit down and write. I've had lots to do inspite of the fact that nothing much happens at work. The local newspaper has given me quite a few stories to write and I've finished my studies for now. While I'm writing his, I'm spending a few days in Tronheim to celebrate my mother's 70th anniversary, and then I used the oportunity to buy some fabrics since I din't bring any crafts wih me.
My final project was accepted and I haven't given up the hope of publishing it. The feedback has been all over positive, but to make a book containing only pillow patterns is not broad enough. So now I've put my thinking cap on to expand the project with ofter items and techniques. And then it is fabric that counts.
Today I was visiting Quiltegaarden to find fabrics for the book, and I found quite a lot that suits my project. Closeups will come after the weekend.
