As location for the pillow pictures I chose an old shop close to where I live. The shop has been restored by the local history society, and it's the main room that's mostly in use. When I came to take the pictures, I didn't know what the house was hiding. I opened the door to a small room within the main room and became almost breathless from the gorgeous blue on the wall. What a beauty! It seemed like my "arctic" pillows had gotten their colours from exactly this room. I shot several of the pictures for the project in here, like this one for example. The inspiration for this pillow was found at Lucy who makes the most fantastic crochet.
I've gotten several questions about this pillow book of mine. It's a student project originally, but I hope that it can become a real book in some kind, at least a leaflet. I've sent two mails to the yarn mill that makes the yarn, but so far that haven't bothered to even say thanks for getting in touch with them.. But I will contact a couple of publishers as well. So time will tell ;-)
