Endelig helg - Finally weekend
After a rather crappy week, it was tempting to make a nice meal for an evening in front of the TV last night. It's so easy to just make something quick and easy that you already know, but yesterday I wanted to try something new. Matprat.no has some excellent recipes I've tested before, and yesterday I chose to make a French chicken soup.
Great vegetables was the ingredients together with chicken, canned tomatoes, chicken bouillon and herbs.
Cutting the vegetables was the most timeconsuming.
Og her er det ferdige resultatet. Kjempegod!
Here is the finished result. Delicious! The best is that there is enough for dinner tonight as well.
Nytt håndarbeid på gang. Denne gang en garnkurv.
New craft in progess. This time a yarn basket.
I've never used a hook as large as this before.

Wat a lovely post! I love the pictures of the food! It looks delicious!
SvarSlettAlso, don't you just love those Knit Pro hooks? For both knitting and crocheting it's the only thing I use. I've dismissed all my other metal and bamboo hooks. Only these lovely colored knit pro ones!
I also love your finished yarn basket! I've tried before to knit with the same kind of 'yarn' and it's heavy work indeed! You get big biceps from crocheting with it ;-)
Have a great sunday evening!
I made chicken soup this weekend as well. I like the recipe you blogged about and will definitely have to try it. Thanks for sharing.
