Bakedag - Baking day

Siden det er siste feriehelga for Mannen (jeg har en uke til), hadde jeg lyst til å lage noe godt. Sitronpai er en favoritt hos han, og når jeg først var i gang, ble det boller også. Paideig til morgendagens Quiche Lorraine ble laget, og da satt jeg med to eggehviter som ikke skulle brukes til noe. Og før første gang har jeg laget pikekyss. De ble veldig gode, i hvert fall ifølge Mannen.














This weekend is the last one before the Man starts to work (I have another week of holiday). I wanted to bake something delicious. Lemon pie is one of his favorites, and when I was at it, I made some buns as well. Tomorrows dough for Quiche Lorraine was prepared, and then I had two egg whites to use for something. For the first time I've made merengue tops. (In Norwegian they're called girl kisses, is it the same in English?) They became very tasteful, at least according to the Man
