Jeg dekorerer - I decorate

Her er det nymalte skapet mitt etter dagens styling. Foreløpig får det bli sånn, men det kan godt hende at jeg gjør om på det etter hvert.

Here is my newly painted cupboard after today's styling. It will stay like this for a while, but it might well be changed .

De siste månedene har innredningslysten nådd nye høyder. I tillegg i til å male har jeg trålet interiørbutikker i nærmiljøet etter detaljer som passer inn. I dag hadde jeg en god pause på jobb, og da var jeg på jakt etter noe å sette oppå skapet. Litt hadde jeg jo selvsagt fra før, men jeg hadde lyst på et flott fat. Det fant jeg hos gardindamen min. Dessverre velger hun å legge ned butikken, men hun vil fortsatt være tilgjengelig for gardinsying. Fikk fatet med 40% avslag

The last months my decoration eagerness have reached new heights. In addition to paint, I've searched all decoration shops in my community for details which fits in. Today I hade a long break at work, and then I went hunting for something to put on top of the cupboard. I have stuff of course, but I wanted to find a nice plate. I found it at my curtain lady's shop. Sadly she's closing her shop, but she will still be available for commisionned sewing. I got the plate with 40% discount

I forkant vises krukka jeg kjøpte på Ica tidligere i år. Den kosta kr. 39,90 inkludert plante! Planten har holdt godt og krukka passe fint inn i spisestua vår. I bakgrunnen står tinnlysestakene som jeg har arvet etter min farmor og farfar.

In the front you see the pot I bought at Ica (food chain, for those who don't know) earlier this year. I paid NOK 39,90 with a plant! The plant is still ok and the pot fits our living room quite well. In the background you see the pewter candle sticks I've inherited from my grandparents.
