Kok med bok: parmesanchips - Cook with book: parmesan chips
Today I took out this book. Småmat (means something like little dishes) sounds easy and simple to do, but let me tell you that it wasn't. It's possible that quail eggs, lavash bread (what IS that?) or coriander root are mandatory in some households, but we keep a somewhat lower standard. Of course it isn't only hard-to-find ingredients, but there are not many recipes I could try out without going shopping.
But there are some goodies in our locker. And one of the recipes was supereasy. In addition to parmesan it contained only flour (and fresh thyme, but herbal plants and myself are no good :-D)
The parmesan was grinded and mixed together with the flour. Here is the mix spreaded out on the sheet. The circles are drawn at the back side of the paper.
Here is the delicious result. They tasted smashingly good! I guess it's the only recipe I'll ever try from this book.
(Ok, I MAY try the bolognaise dip. It looked quite good actually.)
